About the role
- The position is a licensed professional therapist who is responsible for maintaining standards of respiratory therapy and pulmonary lab and ethical practice in accordance with regulatory agencies and California practice requirements.
- Maintain standards of respiratory therapy and pulmonary lab and ethical practice.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory agencies and California practice requirements.
- Provide leadership and oversight for respiratory therapists, including NICU therapy responsibilities in an acute care setting.
- This position is Full time and will work 8-hour, Day shifts.
Requirements
- Upon hire: California Respiratory Care Practitioner License
- Upon hire: California Temporary Respiratory Care Practitioner
- Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
- Upon hire: National Provider ACLS - American Heart Association
- Upon hire: National Provider PALS - American Heart Association
- 3 years Management experience
- 2 years Experience as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) in an acute care setting
- Experience as a NICU Therapist or Leader in an acute care setting
- Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree
