The Sisters of Little Company of Mary Palliative Care Fellowship is a learning position where the fellow will work alongside interdisciplinary teams in the provision of palliative care services to patients and their families while receiving education and mentorship from the Medical Director and Program Director of the Fellowship Program.
The primary focus of this position is to provide the fellow with the opportunity to learn, observe and practice the provision of excellent palliative care and hospice services.

Requirements
Master''s Degree Social work or equivalent or Master''s Degree Theology or Equivalent.
For Social Workers, graduate level intern experience in a hospice/palliative care setting.
For Chaplains, four or more units of CPE in a hospice/palliative care setting.
Demonstrated interest in learning and developing skills in the provision of palliative care and hospice care.
Demonstrated excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability for self-awareness and self-reflection.
