Principal Service Engineer to join IS Asset and Supply Chain Management team to deliver IS equipment services to caregivers
Collaborate closely with 3rd Party Logistics Partners, End User Support, and internal ServiceNow and Oracle teams
Transform IT service delivery at scale with continuous improvement and AI-driven user experiences
Streamline hardware fulfillment processes including IT asset disposition (ITAD), project-based orders, imaging, and ServiceNow data integrity
Work in partnership with developers, testers, and program managers to design, operate, grow, and improve large-scale computer-based services offered to IS, non-IS and clinical caregivers
Support 100% virtual work for residents located in specified US states
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree - Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering -OR- a combination of equivalent education and experience
8 or more years of related experience
Strong experience influencing engineering team members in translating customer and technical requirements into service architecture to meet Quality of Service Expectations
Strong experience leading and representing the Service in backlog discussions and standups to establish appropriate prioritization of Live Site requirements
Strong experience leveraging data and metrics to drive behavior, process, and priority decisions
Strong experience using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems
Strong experience in advanced problem solving using systematic procedures and investigating problems utilizing root cause analysis
Strong experience in automation, specifically related to deployment, recovery, or other manual processes
Strong experience with n-tier solutions
Strong experience with resilience modeling (failure mode analysis) and ability to simulate service outages for point solutions (automated) and platforms (manually)
Master's Degree - Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering -OR- a combination of equivalent education and experience (preferred)
Experience in a Healthcare environment (preferred)
8 or more years of IS Engineering experience (preferred)
