About the role
- Perform timely and accurate preventative maintenance on medical equipment
- Troubleshoot and perform repairs on customer equipment
- Assist field engineers with installations and complex repairs
- Maintain relationships with customers to drive satisfaction
- Ensure compliance with company policies and documentation
Requirements
- Associate degree in related field or equivalent military education and 4 years of experience servicing electronic equipment
- High school diploma/GED and 6 years of relevant experience
- Technical capabilities in (MR, CT, XR, U/S) including troubleshooting, repair and installation
- Must have and maintain a valid Driver’s License
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required
