Represent Hydrafacial’s customer service values through punctuality, professionalism, and adherence to company guidelines while on-site.
Travel daily to customer sites to perform maintenance and repairs on electro-mechanical devices.
Submit accurate and complete documentation of service actions and customer interactions, including field service tickets and ATP reports.
Collaborate with internal teams including technical services, engineering, and training to support operations and departmental projects.
Provide feedback and participate in process improvement initiatives.
Complete and process service requests and orders.
Participate in new-hire training and share expertise with incoming team members.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
High school diploma or GED.
3–5 years of experience in field service, technical support, or electro-mechanical device manufacturing.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to educate customers on product use, care, and maintenance.
Familiarity with software tools such as Outlook, Salesforce, Adobe Acrobat, and Concur.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
Professional, proactive, and self-motivated team player.
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
Authorized to work in the U.S.; valid driver’s license and ability to meet car rental requirements.
Ability to travel within the U.S. for up to 1–2 weeks at a time.
Reliable transportation for local travel (mileage reimbursed per company policy).
Ability to lift and move up to 85 lbs. with or without reasonable accommodation.
