Capital Sales Manager

• Introduces physician practices and medical spas to Hydrafacial by engaging all key stakeholders — including physicians, aestheticians, spa managers, and office managers.
• Demonstrates Hydrafacial technology and treatment protocols through hands-on, in-office treatments.
• Identifies customer needs, communicates potential ROI, and educates clients on how to position Hydrafacial treatments within their businesses.
• Generates leads through cold-calling strategies, including walk-in visits, phone outreach, networking, and social media engagement.
• Responds to inbound leads from tradeshows and corporate sources within 24 hours, maintaining a high standard of professionalism.
• Partners with corporate account teams to support opportunities requiring additional resources.
• Maintains a robust pipeline to consistently achieve monthly targets and sales goals, with a clear understanding of pipeline development required to meet quotas.
• Provides weekly forecasts to leadership, including high/low projections.
• Develops strategic selling techniques using marketing tools and resources to enhance client engagement and the overall Hydrafacial capital experience.
• Transitions new clients to Regional Training Specialists and Business Development Managers, collaborating to meet the unique needs of each account.
• Attends and supports local tradeshows and regional events to drive brand awareness and sales.

Human Resources

• Administer day-to-day operations of our employee benefit programs (medical, dental, vision, life insurance, retirement, and wellness initiatives)
• Partner with third-party vendors and brokers to ensure effective delivery and management of benefit services
• Serve as the main point of contact for employees regarding benefits, compensation, and leave-of-absence questions
• Manage leave of absence (LOA) and accommodation programs, including FMLA, state disability, and parental leaves, in partnership with our third-party leave administrator
• Coordinate with employees, managers, and HR partners to ensure accurate documentation, timely approvals, and a positive leave experience
• Conduct job evaluations and salary surveys to support competitive pay practices
• Analyze compensation data to ensure market alignment and internal equity
• Support the rollout and administration of compensation programs
• Assist in annual benefit renewals, open enrollment, and total rewards communications
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations related to compensation and benefits

Compensation & Benefits Specialist

Field Engineer

• Represent Hydrafacial’s customer service values through punctuality, professionalism, and adherence to company guidelines while on-site.
• Travel daily to customer sites to perform maintenance and repairs on electro-mechanical devices.
• Submit accurate and complete documentation of service actions and customer interactions, including field service tickets and ATP reports.
• Collaborate with internal teams including technical services, engineering, and training to support operations and departmental projects.
• Provide feedback and participate in process improvement initiatives.
• Complete and process service requests and orders.
• Participate in new-hire training and share expertise with incoming team members.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Field Service Technician – 100% Travel

• Manage and lead a team of Capital Sales Managers
• Introduce physician’s practices, medical spas, and high-end day/resort spas to the Hydrafacial platform
• Manage and lead a team of Business Development Managers
• Hire, manage, and develop qualified territory managers
• Lead training and insight to managers on business strategies and account management
• Collaboratively assist physician and spa owners
• Partner with peers and cross-functional departments for new sales strategies
• Submit capital forecasting weekly

Regional Sales Director

Business Development Rep

• Manages a territory of Hydrafacial customers, introducing them to new products, procedures, and protocols and providing business development and marketing support to assist with their success with the award-winning Hydrafacial
• Helps clients understand how to position the Hydrafacial treatment inside their practices and businesses, ensuring the consistent reordering of consumable products that produce great outcomes for customers
• Helps physician practices and spas improve their top and bottom lines with Hydrafacial
• Drives additional device purchases (2nd systems/trade ups) within current customer base
• Utilizes trunk stock effectively and strategically to increase booster penetration and overall utilization
• Develops individualized business plans to drive growth through strategic positioning, menu planning and in-office pull through initiatives
• Reviews Loyalty for both the provider program and my beauty health app for customers
• Provides hands-on training with support from RTS or independently if/when needed
• Full office support including teaching patient consultation, coaching, front desk training
• Conducts field programs (when available) to drive utilization through more advanced tactical strategies
• Communicates value proposition of Hydrafacial to reinforce customers decision to use/purchase product
• Plans and books consistent and approved travel throughout territory to drive business and meet with customers
• Supports Hydrafacial customer events in-person to represent Hydrafacial and support growth of the brand in their business
• Attends annual Global Sales meetings, Mid-year/Regional meetings, and potentially supports Tradeshows if/when needed
• Works professionally and respectfully with Inside sales reps, customer support, sales support, accounting, and tech teams to ensure best customer service practices
• Educates clients on how to utilize the online ordering platform to optimize clients ordering experience
• Utilizes Salesforce for the REQUIRED daily documentation of visits, calls, and emails
• Performs other duties as assigned

Business Development Manager

• Install, maintain, and repair equipment at customer sites
• Travel to customer sites across Southern California and other states (100% field time)
• Submit complete and accurate data entry and documentation of service actions
• Support internal operational teams and complete department projects
• Provide feedback and participate in procedure/process improvements
• Complete and process various service requests and orders
• Participate in new-hire training and share expertise
• Perform other duties as assigned
