Full-stack Engineer

• Understand Protegrity products and how their performance evaluations are designed and carried out
• Develop performance evaluation scopes and tests and execute them through final performance evaluations and reports
• Troubleshoot product performance issues and investigate customer-environment performance problems
• Collaborate with Manager/Director of Product Performance, Developers, QA, Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and DevOps teams
• Technically lead and guide performance team members; provide analysis, outcomes, and stakeholder interaction
• Conduct day-to-day release product performance testing and automate performance-related work

Principal Software Engineer – Performance Engineering

• Collaborate across teams and oversee Protegrity platform development in accordance with the architecture.
• Participate in development and implementation of product specifications in conjunction with Product Management.
• Pay attention to feasibility, system/feature integration and performance expectations.
• Work with stakeholders in the company to determine needs of new product features, releases and overall platform.
• Participate in all phases of technology development of a product release.
• Mentor and Collaborate with Product teams implementing releases in accordance with the architecture.
• Adhere to the requirements and guidelines for process, quality, security etc.
• Participate in Agile practices of the team/organization as a team player.
• Learn and enhance skills in the domain of data security alongside the product’s technical environment (OS, cloud technology, container orchestration, native programming language, hardware etc.).

Software Engineer

• Collaborate with teammates daily to enable progress toward team goals
• Architect and build serverless microservices in the cloud
• Architect and build software solutions in Java, Python, and C++ (and other modern languages)
• Work with Product Owners and Product Managers to understand actual customer problems and build solutions for them
• Automate test cases, build processes, and installation packages using tools including pytest, Jenkins, Terraform, and Cloud Formation
• Write user friendly documentation and technical documents using clear, concise language
• Participate in scrum ceremonies and processes, prioritizing team progress and flow
• Drive team performance by championing quality, goal attainment, and teammate wellness
• Conduct constructive code reviews to drive growth in self and others
• Identify potential areas for improvement and contribute to faster, more efficient delivery of value to end users
• Contribute to every stage of the product lifecycle from requirements analysis to documentation to providing tier 2/3 support for products

Senior Software Engineer

Account Executive

• Responsible for a defined territory of customers and prospects; create and execute a go-to-market plan
• Leverage resources (BDRs, Partners, Product Specialists, Solution Consultants) to drive sales
• Focus on customer success to become a trusted advisor and extend Protegrity footprint
• Identify and interpret clients/prospects business objectives and present complex solutions virtually or face-to-face
• Build and lead virtual internal teams to deliver solutions
• Create territory and individual account plans to maximize revenue, margin, market share and relationship depth
• Drive retention, renewals and growth while achieving assigned quotas
• Work with cross-functional teams to drive successful adoption of the platform and ensure customer success
• Provide market and "voice of customer" feedback to influence product and solution development
• Establish and maintain strong senior leadership level client and partner relationships

Principal Account Executive

Engineer

• Protegrity leads innovation using AI and quantum-resistant cryptography to transform data protection across environments
• Design and develop user-centric dashboards and reporting interfaces that transform complex data into clear, actionable insights
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, data analysts, and developers to translate requirements into intuitive BI visuals
• Design and implement user-friendly dashboards and reports aligned with UX best practices and accessibility standards
• Optimize layout, navigation, and interactivity of BI tools to enhance engagement and comprehension
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and feedback sessions to continuously improve reporting interfaces
• Ensure consistency in design elements, branding, and user experience across BI platforms
• Work closely with data engineers to ensure data accuracy, performance, and scalability of reporting solutions
• Stay current with UX trends, BI technologies, and data visualization techniques including AI-forward technologies
