About the role

  • Understand Protegrity products and how their performance evaluations are designed and carried out
  • Develop performance evaluation scopes and tests and execute them through final performance evaluations and reports
  • Troubleshoot product performance issues and investigate customer-environment performance problems
  • Collaborate with Manager/Director of Product Performance, Developers, QA, Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and DevOps teams
  • Technically lead and guide performance team members; provide analysis, outcomes, and stakeholder interaction
  • Conduct day-to-day release product performance testing and automate performance-related work

Requirements

  • Expert Hands on with Linux Shell Scripting and computer system monitoring
  • Technically guide the team members for work, improvements and interactions
  • Expertise in understanding of application programming and systems
  • Expertise in writing programs using Java/Python or any other programming language
  • Knowledge with best understanding to modern computing concepts like Cloud, Containerization and micro-services
  • Fair understanding of AI / ML
  • Familiarity to containerization platforms (Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Best knowledge of OS and services
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with good understanding of computer science
  • Good Knowledge and experience with operating system like Linux/Unix
  • Strong willingness to research and explore technologies in and around the product and its performance evaluations and improvements
