About the role

  • Protegrity leads innovation using AI and quantum-resistant cryptography to transform data protection across environments
  • Design and develop user-centric dashboards and reporting interfaces that transform complex data into clear, actionable insights
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, data analysts, and developers to translate requirements into intuitive BI visuals
  • Design and implement user-friendly dashboards and reports aligned with UX best practices and accessibility standards
  • Optimize layout, navigation, and interactivity of BI tools to enhance engagement and comprehension
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and feedback sessions to continuously improve reporting interfaces
  • Ensure consistency in design elements, branding, and user experience across BI platforms
  • Work closely with data engineers to ensure data accuracy, performance, and scalability of reporting solutions
  • Stay current with UX trends, BI technologies, and data visualization techniques including AI-forward technologies

Requirements

  • 3 - 5+ years of hands-on experience in UX design and development within a BI or data analytics environment
  • Strong foundation in UX principles and data visualization best practices
  • Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms
  • Build and maintain reusable Power BI themes to ensure visual consistency and branding
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Focus on driving and delivering business value
  • Knowledge of Data Protection, Privacy and Security preferred
  • BS in a relevant field such as UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or related field
  • Preferred: Experience with D3.js, HTML/CSS, JavaScript, or TypeScript
  • Preferred: Experience with wireframing and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch)
