Lead and coordinate sales and field AE resources for proteanTecs in the region
Facilitate customer interaction between proteanTecs Product Marketing/Engineering and customers
Coordinate sales strategies and efforts across worldwide customer operations
Lead pre- and post-sales campaigns and manage solution adoption for proteanTecs IP and platform
Build, develop, and drive a sales pipeline for processor IP technology and software solutions in key accounts across Silicon Valley
Foster and grow customer relationships across all levels and ensure roadmap alignment
Manage opportunity qualification and opportunity management
Manage contract negotiations (business and legal) with customers and internal teams
Articulate key value propositions to semiconductor companies (executive management, architects, HW/SW engineers)
Collaborate with Application Engineers, Marketing, Legal, Finance, and executives to achieve regional sales targets
Provide market and account feedback to R&D and Marketing to drive product roadmaps
Track activities and report on account strategies, activities, and progress
Maintain regular contact with multiple internal BUs to drive enterprise-wide strategic activities
Requirements
Min 4+ years in sales and account management or as an Applications Engineer or Design Engineer with proven track record of success
Deep understanding of electronic systems and HW design
Minimum MSEE/CS degree
Deep technical knowledge and understanding of digital implementation flows (synthesis, place & route, and signoff) and/or experience with IPs or software platforms
Understanding of semiconductor manufacturing ecosystems
Understanding of DFT chip bringup and manufacturing flows is a plus
Working knowledge of Strategic Selling techniques such as Miller Heiman or Target Account Selling is a plus
Ability to effectively translate customer needs to viable solutions for internal technical teams
Experience coordinating sales strategies and customer interactions across worldwide operations
