About the role
- Deliver a World-Class Customer Experience by providing technical support via email, chat, and phone.
- Troubleshoot customer issues using available tools, resources, and critical thinking.
- Execute assigned tasks and projects to support the broader Customer Support team.
- Become a Product Expert – learn and adapt quickly to the platform, processes, and customer needs.
- Be a Customer Advocate – identify and communicate areas for improvement to enhance the maintenance experience.
Requirements
