Design and implement innovative career readiness programs tailored to increase the pipeline of opportunity youth into allied health careers
Lead design and implementation of Propel’s Accelerator, upskilling Fellows, and certification-to-hire programs
Leverage AI-driven content creation to design and test curriculum, Scope and Sequences, interactive modules, assessments, and adaptive learning paths
Refine and integrate Propel's coaching and mentorship model across products and pathways
Develop comprehensive curriculum and training modules for certification roles (Medical Assistant, Sterile Processing Technician, Pharmacy Technician, etc.)
Monitor allied health industry trends, employer needs, and regulatory updates; engage with sector partners
Design scalable, post-hire pathways (e.g., Home Health Aides -> Registered Nurses) in partnership with employer partners
Evaluate program effectiveness through data analytics and implement continuous improvement strategies
Manage ~2 Employability Skills Instructors, invest in their professional development, and provide regular feedback
Communicate program details across departments and train program implementation teams on products and pathways
Ensure Fellows have clear understanding of program Scope and Sequence, key dates, and program model
Dedicate ~15% of time to ad-hoc projects based on organizational needs and innovation work

Requirements
Experience in Allied Health Care: Familiarity with career pathways, retention strategies, or upskilling programs in healthcare settings
Proven track record of designing products and programs that deliver successful outcomes for young adults
Project Management Experience: Experience managing multiple projects across different domains
Cross-Collaboration & Communication: Ability to work effectively with diverse departments and external partners; Ability to effectively communicate with multiple internal and external stakeholders
Customer-Centric Thinking: Deep understanding of healthcare industry and workforce development pain points; Experience using research and data to inform product decisions
Technology Design: Ability to leverage technology in the design of programs and learning experiences for youth; Experience using AI to design content and curriculum
