• Design and implement innovative career readiness programs tailored to increase the pipeline of opportunity youth into allied health careers
• Lead design and implementation of Propel’s Accelerator, upskilling Fellows, and certification-to-hire programs
• Leverage AI-driven content creation to design and test curriculum, Scope and Sequences, interactive modules, assessments, and adaptive learning paths
• Refine and integrate Propel's coaching and mentorship model across products and pathways
• Develop comprehensive curriculum and training modules for certification roles (Medical Assistant, Sterile Processing Technician, Pharmacy Technician, etc.)
• Monitor allied health industry trends, employer needs, and regulatory updates; engage with sector partners
• Design scalable, post-hire pathways (e.g., Home Health Aides -> Registered Nurses) in partnership with employer partners
• Evaluate program effectiveness through data analytics and implement continuous improvement strategies
• Manage ~2 Employability Skills Instructors, invest in their professional development, and provide regular feedback
• Communicate program details across departments and train program implementation teams on products and pathways
• Ensure Fellows have clear understanding of program Scope and Sequence, key dates, and program model
• Dedicate ~15% of time to ad-hoc projects based on organizational needs and innovation work

Director of Learning Design, Allied Health

• Steward the organization’s vision towards the development of PropelPaths and PropelProducts and their corresponding “Go to Market” strategies
• General PropelPaths and PropelProducts project coordination and oversight with cross-functional teams
• Manage and coordinate multiple product development projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timelines
• Oversee the execution of pilot programs like the UpSkilling Pathways and PropelCoach Pilot and related initiatives
• Allocate and manage resources effectively, including budget, personnel, and tools
• Optimize team workflows to enhance productivity and reduce project deliverable delays
• Horizontally manage Senior Director peers to ensure coherence across admissions, implementation, and externship/hire verticals
• Maintain regular communication with stakeholders across departments and prepare detailed reports on project progress, challenges, and outcomes
• Define and execute a vision for PropelProducts and PropelPaths product design and delivery
• Explore and integrate generative AI tools to co-develop learning content, simulations, and assessments
• Conduct market research and feedback integration to identify gaps and recommend new products
• Manage pilot learning agendas and iterate based on data and AI-driven insights
• Incorporate tech-enabled solutions and AI to scale programs and support program design
• Provide leadership for new product design, development, and delivery, including managing a team of 1-2

Vice President, Product Development – Allied Health

• Case Management for registered fellows (Outreach and Intake) (30%)
• Coordinate all intake requirements to ensure we meet enrollment targets including but not limited to outreach and intake meetings. Intake includes survey analysis, outreach to fellows and in person intake meetings.
• Hold regular office hours for fellows, twice a month
• Coordinate with Propel Hire Ready and Externship/ Employment coaches as needed
• Compile and review documents to ensure validity and ensure an accurate case file for each fellow
• Reach out to fellows in need of supportive services, coordinate and hold in person or virtual meetings for completion of required documentation
• Assist fellow with identifying community resources to reduce barriers to success
• Following up for 90 days post-hire to obtain employment verification documentation
• Data Entry into Grant Management Systems (50%)
• Complete intake applications in the appropriate grant reporting system, including entering barriers and training program activity codes
• Review Salesforce report for grant participants(s) updates
• Update fellows case files in the grant reporting system on a weekly basis using the appropriate program activity codes, to include: Entering detailed case notes for each program activity code entered into the grant reporting system
• Check for and complete the reverse referral process
• Other Duties (20%)
• Creating a casefile for every eligible fellow on the Google Drive, ensuring to encrypt any documents containing PII
• Sharing the files with the appropriate staff.
• Assist in all programmatic client recruitment campaigns which will include tasks such as: dispersing new fellow outreach materials
• Assist with annual audits and site visits
• Attending client referral/recruitment meetings and/or events
• Attending weekly meetings with SNAP program staff
• Manager file storage as necessary (grant dependent)
• Respond to fellow communication as needed
