About the role
- Qualify inbound Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) and assess their fit for further engagement.
- Route leads to the appropriate sales channel or team in a timely manner.
- Follow defined cadences and structured processes to manage lead flow.
- Consistently deliver an average of 2+ qualified meetings per week, depending on lead volume.
- Support a client as part of a global team covering UK, Ireland, DACH, and APAC (APAC primarily email-based outreach).
- Maintain strong process discipline and excellent communication while working independently.
Requirements
- Fluency in German and English (written and spoken) is essential.
- Prior experience in lead qualification, sales development, or a similar function.
- Strong organizational and process-oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet established targets.
- Must have an international-quality workstation setup (reliable internet, modern laptop/headset).
- Ability to consistently deliver an average of 2+ qualified meetings per week (depending on lead volume).
- Ability to work Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM UK Time (subject to variation).
- Experience qualifying and routing inbound Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs).
