About the role

  • Qualify inbound Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) and assess their fit for further engagement.
  • Route leads to the appropriate sales channel or team in a timely manner.
  • Follow defined cadences and structured processes to manage lead flow.
  • Consistently deliver an average of 2+ qualified meetings per week, depending on lead volume.
  • Support a client as part of a global team covering UK, Ireland, DACH, and APAC (APAC primarily email-based outreach).
  • Maintain strong process discipline and excellent communication while working independently.

Requirements

  • Fluency in German and English (written and spoken) is essential.
  • Prior experience in lead qualification, sales development, or a similar function.
  • Strong organizational and process-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet established targets.
  • Must have an international-quality workstation setup (reliable internet, modern laptop/headset).
  • Ability to consistently deliver an average of 2+ qualified meetings per week (depending on lead volume).
  • Ability to work Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM UK Time (subject to variation).
  • Experience qualifying and routing inbound Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs).
