About the role

  • Prospect and acquire new clients through networking, referrals, and research
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
  • Understand client needs and promptly address any issues or concerns
  • Present and demonstrate Creative Chaos products and services to potential clients
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful implementation of services for clients
  • Prepare and deliver sales proposals and contracts
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify business opportunities
  • Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and quotas
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts and reports

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
  • 2-4 years of experience as an Account Executive or in a similar sales role
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing client accounts
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to understand client needs and identify appropriate solutions
  • Self-motivated and results-driven with strong negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Familiarity with digital marketing and branding is a plus
