Supports the Clinical Director in overseeing day-to-day operations of the clinic
Supervises clinical staff and ensures high-quality service delivery aligned with company values and BACB guidelines
Provides guidance and oversight for BCBAs and RBTs to ensure clinical excellence
Helps manage clinic scheduling, client caseload assignments, and coverage needs
Conducts clinical assessments (e.g., VB-MAPP, ABLLS, Vineland, FBA) and assist in treatment plan development and revisions
Provides in-the-moment coaching and scheduled feedback sessions for BCBAs and RBTs
Leads trainings, team meetings, and professional development opportunities
Ensures RBTs receive monthly 10% supervision and support BCBAs in meeting those standards
Oversees the timely submission of treatment plans, progress reports, and session notes
Ensures staff compliance with HIPAA, BACB ethical standards, and funding source requirements
Collaborates with the Clinical Director and Office Manager to maintain licensing and credentialing compliance
Acts as a point of contact for families when escalated issues arise
Participates in family meetings, IEPs, and team collaboration to support continuity of care
Supports onboarding of new clients by overseeing assessments, plan development, and initial family engagement
Assists in developing and maintaining clinic-wide systems for data tracking, documentation, and staff accountability
Helps manage staff performance, including supporting corrective action plans as needed
Monitors clinic metrics, such as staff attendance, client progress, and supervision tracking
Requirements
Masters Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology or closely related field
Current WA Licensed Behavior Specialist (LBS)
Current Credentialed Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), in good standing with the BACB
Minimum 3 years of experience working with children with autism or related disorders
Experience conducting skills assessments such as, but not limited to VB-MAPP, Vineland, and Functional Behavior Assessments, and using them to create individualized treatment plans
Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred
Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to work collaboratively while also being self-directed
Knowledge of HIPAA, BACB, and insurance compliance
