About the role
- Monitor daily clinical operations of a single clinic location providing ABA therapy services
- Ensure clear communication between BCBAs, RBTs, and other team members
- Manage BCBAs and RBTs to ensure clinical quality
- Supervise daily implementation of behavior intervention, treatment plans, and client documentation
- Provide direct verbal and written feedback to BCBAs and RBTs, including modeling
- Conduct behavior and skill-based assessments and create treatment plans as needed
- Support BCBAs with extended assessments (FBA, FA, preference assessments, etc.)
- Make monthly check-in phone calls with families
- Analyze regional IOA and treatment integrity data to support training programs
- Travel for assessments, clinical team oversight, and support for high-risk clients
Requirements
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis
- BCBA certification
- 5 years of experience in the ABA field (preferred)
- Must maintain clean background/drug screenings and driving record
