About the role
- Provide medical leadership for Maven’s metabolic health prescribing program
- Develop and maintain clinical protocols for medication initiation, titration, and maintenance
- Oversee clinical quality programs, including peer review and chart audits
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to design member pathways integrating metabolic care
- Stay current on emerging evidence related to obesity medicine and metabolic health
Requirements
- Board-certified Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or OB-GYN physician with active, unrestricted U.S. license(s)
- Minimum 5 years of clinical experience, including at least 2 years in obesity medicine, metabolic health, or tele-health leadership
- Experience supervising advanced practice clinicians (NPs or PAs)
- Familiarity with tele-health regulations and GLP-1 prescribing requirements
- Eligibility for or already licensed in multiple states via the FSMB Interstate Medical Licensure Compact
