Take ownership of specific projects from Day 1 and be given specific projects and responsibilities
Translate consumer needs into product design parameters and finished-product development
Develop and scale commercially feasible manufacturing processes and pilot plant operations
Communicate complex data or algorithms into simple conclusions to drive action
Requirements
Freshmen, Sophomores, and Juniors eligible for internship
Have a BS or MS in engineering, life or physical science field such as Chemistry, Biology, Biochemistry, Analytical and Measurement Science, Microbiology, Packaging Science, Psychology, or a related field
Wide range of roles for Chemical, Mechanical and Biomedical Engineering; roles suited for Data Science/Analytics, Electrical Engineering or other related engineering fields
Overall G.P.A. of 3.0 or above on a 4.0 scale
Strong communication skills
Have both critical thinking and active listening
Ability to learn quickly in a dynamic environment
Positions located in both Boston and Cincinnati
Duration of internships is 12 weeks starting May 2026
