Solutions Engineer

• Own the full post-sale customer relationship for key biopharma accounts, serving as key point of contact, ensuring every customer receives a consistent, high-quality experience
• Establish and run a regular cadence of customer check-ins, proactively surfacing insights and flagging risks before they become issues
• Build and maintain a consolidated backlog of customer requests, feedback, and complaints across all accounts, identifying patterns and translating them into actionable product feature requests and roadmap
• Prepare and deliver polished, data-driven insight packages and presentations for customer stakeholders by turning raw data into clear, compelling narratives
• Partner closely with the BD and engineering teams to scope and prioritize customer-informed improvements, and serve as the internal voice of the customer
• Support ownership of the customer-facing product and related customer-facing tooling, contributing to product management and roadmap decisions
• Build lightweight AI-assisted tools and automations to streamline customer reporting and reduce manual effort over time
• Collaborate with leadership on account strategy, renewal planning, and expansion opportunities across the biopharma and insurance customer portfolio

Solutions Architect

Data Scientist

• Own the end-to-end development, validation, and operationalization of PG's predictive diagnostic AI models — from feature engineering through production deployment – that power program eligibility decisions and clinical decisions for patients
• Run prospective testing experiments: apply diagnostic models to undiagnosed patients, coordinate testing, and track outcomes to continuously improve model performance
• Build and maintain PG's synthetic patient data pipeline, a critical deliverable for our research programs, and key input to our own model development lifecycle
• Optimize our patient intake experience using NLP and multimodal data analysis to determine which questions to ask, in what order, to maximize data quality and conversion
• Own API usage and cost optimization across PG's AI stack, including prompt engineering, model evaluation, and ongoing performance monitoring
• Conduct ad hoc strategic analyses that inform product prioritization, causality assessment, and generate customer-facing program insights
• Establish MLOps infrastructure: model monitoring, drift detection, API observability, and lightweight but durable operational processes
• Have the freedom to conduct blue sky research initiatives aimed at creating value from our data
• Work with Data Engineering to build a robust, scalable data foundation that supports all of the above

Senior Data Scientist

Account Manager

• Own our data access and co-development pipeline, incl. setting cadences, running calls, drafting follow-ups, and ensuring every client conversation stays warm and progressing
• Develop a repeatable deal coordination playbook that scales as the partner portfolio grows across data access and co-development deals
• Serve as organized, responsive point of contact for biopharma and biotech partners between senior-level touchpoints, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks
• Design and run partner-facing education programs that help counterparts understand our data, patient cohort capabilities, and co-development model
• Build and maintain our commercial infrastructure: pricing documentation, access term frameworks, deal templates, and onboarding materials for new partners
• Maintain CRM hygiene across all partner accounts: log interactions, track deal stages, flag risks, and prepare briefing materials ahead of senior meetings
• Coordinate preparation of data packages tailored to specific partner indications and cohort priorities, working cross-functionally to pull together the right content
• Support SOW and data access agreement drafting: organize templates, track redlines, and manage version control across active negotiations
