Work closely with the Logistics Coordinator to execute daily logistic requirements and contribute to process optimization.
Gather operational data for report generation.
Execute operations of day-to-day logistics arrangements and liaison.
Contact customers to schedule delivery / installation timeslots via phone/message/email.
Ensure all orders for the day are delivered / installed successfully; follow up with drivers on delivery status.
Account for daily failed or defective delivery / installation and re-connect with customers to reschedule.
QC and feedback all required fields are checked and accurate upon delivery (Proof of Delivery).
Assist customers with sales or technical enquiries by connecting them to Customer Service team.
Update master datafile of successful deliveries for archiving and records.
Keep track and manage delivery vehicles scheduled maintenances, insurance, and road tax.
Assist Logistics Coordinator during month-end submission of drivers' incentives & overtime; scrutinize and feedback on drivers' claims.
Help track drivers Touch N Go & fuel consumption and fuel card balances.
Data entry for Proof Of Delivery (POD) for sales platforms (Lazada, Shopee, TikTok & Shopify).
Perform other ad-hoc data entry tasks as assigned by Operations Manager.
Requirements
Preferably possess a Diploma in any relevant discipline with SPM credit in English & Bahasa Malaysia.
At least 1 year of working experience.
Knowledge / working experience with Last Mile delivery / Route planning or Customer Service will be an added advantage.
Work schedules consist of 5.5 days work and 1.5 days off (rotational); must be willing to work on weekends, public holidays, or outside regular working hours as needed.
Proficient in speaking English / Bahasa Malaysia.
Familiar with Microsoft Office.
Polite, professional, and helpful nature towards customers.
