Role overview: Establish presence in retail digital technology across Singapore and Malaysia; identify opportunities, connect with clients, and coordinate with Bangkok HQ on regional accounts.
Responsibilities: conduct in-depth market research; identify high-potential clients; cultivate and nurture lasting client relationships; design and execute a business development plan for Singapore and Malaysia; negotiate and close complex contracts; analyze market dynamics and provide competitor analyses and forecasts; track KPIs and report to management; collaborate with frontline sales and support teams and ensure SOP adherence; travel frequently within Singapore, Malaysia and Bangkok on short notice.
How impact is measured: new business generation quarter-over-quarter and year-over-year; conversion rate from cold outreach to clients; revenue and profit margin per account; peer feedback on collaboration and communication with Bangkok HQ.
Requirements
3 years proven experience as a performing business development experience inside Singapore and Malaysia.
