Build and expand Circle’s ecosystem through strategic partnerships and market enablement in North Asia
Drive Circle’s go-to-market strategy in the region by identifying opportunities for ecosystem expansion
Lead proactive engagement with regulators, policymakers, and legal counsel
Own OKRs and be responsible for developing the partnership pipeline, qualifying partners, and closing deals
Work closely with Circle leadership and cross-functional (XFN) teams
Build a metrics-driven, high-velocity business
Requirements
Experience as a responsible officer of a regulated financial services entity in North Asia / Tier 1 jurisdiction
Proven experience engaging with regulators and policymakers
14+ years of leading fintech or technology partnerships and market development
8+ years of managing high performing teams
Business-fluent in Mandarin, and preferably Cantonese
Professional and technical knowledge of blockchain and cryptocurrency technology
Excellent pipeline management and revenue forecasting abilities
Ready to Travel: regular travel (up to 50%) to external events and to meeting partners, regulators, and customers across the Asia region should be expected
