Lead and/or participate in strategic cross-functional committees to define strategy and align the direction for the programs supporting the design and execution of Prime’s long-term objectives
Drive cross-functional execution of program strategies, provide thought leadership and ensuring alignment on overall strategy across teams
Provide leadership and direction to the team responsible for management of the program
Manage vendor or key partner relationships, including contractual results, go-to-market strategies, and strategic interactions
Lead the identification, development, implementation and change management of process improvements and key enhancements for program management processes and tools
Act as the key escalation point for issues related to assigned programs, including representing Prime in internal and external executive communications
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business or related area of study, or equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience; HS diploma or GED is required
10 years of work experience in program management or business analysis
7 years of leadership/supervisory/management experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated success of presenting to the senior executive team
Interpersonal skills demonstrating team leadership, conflict resolution, and the ability to influence across the organization
Well-developed leadership skills; ability to engage, inspire, influence and develop others
The ability to establish trust, respect, and credibility and form close working relationships with all levels of Prime
Ability to identify enhancement opportunities and implement change management efforts
Ability to manage multiple, complex projects/programs and timelines simultaneously without compromising quality
