- Define and lead strategic initiatives
- Source, structure, negotiate, and oversee execution of high-stakes partnerships
- Maintain leading-edge perspective on GenAI technology landscape
- Cultivate and influence relationships with Senior Executive Stakeholders
- Develop and deliver C-level executive-level presentations
- Manage day-to-day activities including project tracking and reporting
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in related field required
- MBA from a top-tier program is a strong plus
- 10+ years of relevant experience (Corporate Development, Strategic Business Development, Investment Banking, Entrepreneurship)
- Strategic problem solver with a creative mind
- A track record of successfully negotiating large-scale, transformative technology or strategic partnerships
- Deep understanding of the GenAI technology
- Proven executive level business judgment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical skills and comfort with financial analysis
- Ability to travel approximately 25% of the time
