About the role
- Develop and execute a growth strategy across the market
- Drive new business and account expansion efforts

Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in business development or sales
- 5+ years in a leadership role as a player/coach
- Proven success in account management and strategic growth
- Deep understanding of healthcare systems, hospitals, and IDNs
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong strategic planning, budgeting, and execution capabilities
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
