Controller

• Lead the enterprise-wide Accounting, Tax, Treasury & Controls and Compliance activities.
• Own the monthly, quarterly, annual close across corporate and all operating entities, ensuring accuracy, timeliness and GAAP compliance
• Lead financial reporting (internal management reporting, board packages, lender reporting) with strong controls and clear variance analysis
• Establish and maintain accounting policies in accordance with USGAAP, including revenue recognition, inventory, fixed assets, leases, and accruals
• Oversee consolidation and intercompany accounting including eliminations, transfer pricing support, and multi-entity structures
• Own technical accounting matters (Purchase accounting, goodwill and intangibles, earn-outs, equity, impairments, and complex estimates.)
• Design, implement and enforce internal controls and close discipline appropriate for a PE backed environment
• Serve as primary liaison for external auditors, managing annual audits & reviews.
• Ensure compliance with tax, statutory and regulatory requirements, coordinating with external advisors.
• Continuously improve processes to reduce close time, manual work, and control risk
• Own the accounting side of ERP and systems (NetSuite), including chart of accounts, close workflows, and reporting structure
• Lead accounting integration for acquisitions, including opening balance sheets, purchase accounting, and post-close cleanup
• Partner with FP&A and operations to ensure clean data flows from operational systems to financial reporting
• Build scalable accounting infrastructure to support growth, acquisitions, and future exit readiness
• Build, mentor, and lead the accounting team, setting clear expectations, roles, and accountability
• Act as a thought partner to the CFO, flagging risks, judgment areas, and opportunities proactively
• Translate accounting outcomes into business insights for non-finance stakeholders
• Maintain a high bar for integrity, ownership, and accountability

Corporate Controller

Field Engineer

• Troubleshoot, repair, modify, and refurbish industrial washing, sterilization, and surgical equipment and system components.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment from multiple manufacturers, including Getinge (CASTLE), Steris (AMSCO), Consolidated, Tuttnauer, and others.
• Service a range of devices, including autoclaves, rack washers, tunnel washers, bottle fillers, bedding dispensers, blanket warmers, surgical lights, and surgical tables.
• Conduct installations and equipment modifications as required.
• Maintain accurate service documentation, reports, and inventory records in accordance with company standards.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience through proactive communication and dedication to resolving performance issues.
• Plan and manage service schedules to ensure timely response and completion of all assignments.
• Maintain professional, courteous communication with customers, contractors, and colleagues.
• Provide on-site training or demonstrations to customers on the proper use and maintenance of equipment.
• Identify and communicate opportunities for equipment upgrades, service contracts, or replacement solutions.
• Use company-provided technology (laptop, CRM, service reporting software) to complete and submit service call reports within 24 hours of completion.
• Manage personal tools, parts, and inventory efficiently to support field operations.
• Ensure compliance with company safety policies and all customer site protocols.

Field Service Technician

Field Service Technician – Medical Equipment

Sales

• Inspect and assess medical equipment to identify service needs, diagnose operational issues, and recommend appropriate repair or maintenance solutions.
• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and safety inspections on surgical microscopes and related equipment in accordance with OEM and company standards.
• Work closely with hospitals, clinics, and surgical teams to ensure their equipment operates safely and reliably.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with healthcare professionals through excellent service, professionalism, and responsiveness.
• Travel to customer sites to perform hands-on service work, attend service meetings, and identify opportunities for ongoing maintenance or refurbishment support.
• Drive new business and account growth within the assigned territory, identifying opportunities for service contracts, refurbishments, and equipment sales.
• Respond promptly to multiple weekly service calls, prioritizing urgent repair needs and delivering fast, effective resolutions to keep clinical operations running smoothly.
• Ensure all service activities comply with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Represent Prescott’s at industry conferences and trade shows by showcasing our service capabilities, engaging with new clients, and strengthening brand awareness.
