Customer Support

• Support and advise our existing customers on weekends
• Receive customer complaints and feedback and find satisfactory solutions
• Ensure prompt and friendly assistance for customers
• Take responsibility for customer satisfaction and develop measures to increase customer retention
• Work closely with Sales, Marketing and other departments on customer care
