About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support and advise our existing customers on weekends
- Receive customer complaints and feedback and find satisfactory solutions
- Ensure prompt and friendly assistance for customers
- Take responsibility for customer satisfaction and develop measures to increase customer retention
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing and other departments on customer care
Requirements
What you’ll need- Ideally, experience in customer support
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and ideally in English
- High level of empathy toward customers
- Team player and effective coordination with other departments
- Ability to organize tasks efficiently and keep track of multiple customer inquiries
