About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support and advise existing customers on weekends
- Receive customer complaints and feedback and work on solutions

- Work closely with sales, marketing, and other departments to ensure customer care
Requirements
What you’ll need- Ideally, experience in customer support
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and preferably English
- Strong empathy for customers
- Team player with effective coordination across departments
- Ability to organize tasks efficiently and keep an overview of customer inquiries
