Continuously develop the product vision and strategy, utilizing design thinking.
Create and communicate a clear roadmap that ensures the product vision aligns with business goals and objectives.
Define market opportunities and develop product briefs.
Stay up to date with industry trends, new technologies, and review competitive landscape on a regular basis.
Analyze product performance and gather customer feedback to identify opportunities for ongoing product enhancements.
Develop and maintain a deep understanding of customer, business, and market needs.
Integrate customer feedback loops to ensure Voice of Customer (VOC) is captured.
Define key product metrics to monitor ongoing product performance and identify product enhancement opportunities.
Collaborate with various teams, including finance and SLT, to set product pricing.
Partner with marketing and sales teams to develop product training materials and execute go-to-market strategies.
Own, manage, and collaborate with product owners to communicate product changes both internally and externally.
Manage the entire product lifecycle ensuring products evolve iteratively.
Prioritize product features that maximize customer and business value.
Collaborate with SCRUM team to ensure product requirements are clearly communicated and executed on time and on budget.
Champion agile methodologies and motivate scrum teams.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
5+ years of experience in product management
Experience going through a full product lifecycle from inception to end of life
Experience in integrating customer feedback loops to ensure Voice of Customer (VOC) is captured
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships and influence without formal authority
Deep understanding of product management best practices, with experience implementing these in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Ability to translate product roadmap into executable deliverables
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions
Experience working with SaaS platforms
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Azure DevOps, and product management tools
Experience working in transportation, OEM, telematics industry preferred
Willingness to travel up to 30%
