Launch and optimize campaigns for on-demand charter, Jet Cards, and Florida Express Jet Club; improve quote path conversion.
Generate leads for airframe inspections, avionics upgrades, interior and paint refurbishment; showcase work through before/after features and case studies.
Promote line services, hangar/office rentals, crew amenities, and local events at DAY, PTK, and CVG.
Manage website content for fleet, service, and location pages; coordinate CRO and UX enhancements with web/development teams.
Oversee paid search, social, and display campaigns; A/B test offers and creative; track performance using UTMs, GA4/GSC, and ad platform analytics.
Strengthen local SEO for each location with accurate listings, structured data, and review-generation programs.
Manage and grow the company’s social media presence across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and X. Create and schedule posts, engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and foster community interaction that aligns with company voice and brand standards.
Lead the content calendar for articles, emails, videos/reels, and PR related to service updates, facility expansions, and team achievements.
Maintain consistent brand voice, ensuring all claims align with verified safety credentials and service capabilities.
Create sales tools including one-pagers, proposal language, and competitive briefs for each business line.
Work with RevOps/CRM to define lifecycle stages, track attribution, and support nurture sequences for prospects and clients.
Directly manage the Marketing Specialist, providing guidance, prioritization, and feedback to ensure high-quality creative and digital output.
Coordinate with internal teams (sales, operations, creative) and manage external partners (agencies, freelancers) for campaign execution.
Oversee timelines, scopes, and budgets to deliver high-quality marketing outputs.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in digital marketing and campaign management (aviation industry experience preferred but not required).
Skilled in CMS (e.g., WordPress), GA4/GSC, paid media platforms, and CRM/marketing automation tools (Pipedrive, HubSpot, Salesforce, Pardot, Marketo).
Strong experience in social media management across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and X including content creation, community engagement, and performance tracking.
Excellent writing skills with the ability to create both consumer-facing and technical content.
Analytical mindset with experience using data to optimize campaigns.
Excellent project management and organizational skills.
Experience marketing Jet Cards or regional club membership products.
Familiarity with aviation safety frameworks (WYVERN, ARGUS) and communicating renewals.
Experience managing multi-location/local SEO initiatives.
