Financial Planning and Analysis

• Own the end-to-end financial planning process, including annual operating plans, quarterly forecasts, and long-range planning
• Develop financial models for scenario planning, investment analysis, pricing strategies, and business case development
• Evaluate financial risks and opportunities and recommend actions to improve profitability and sustainable growth
• Deliver accurate revenue and operating expense forecasts and improve forecast accuracy
• Serve as primary finance partner to Sales, Marketing, and Operations
• Challenge business assumptions and provide financial insights for investment decisions and resource allocation
• Lead financial analysis for product launches, pricing strategies, promotions, and commercial initiatives
• Partner with Sales leadership on annual sales incentive compensation plans and evaluate plan effectiveness
• Oversee project management for critical finance and business initiatives
• Deliver executive-level reporting packages with performance insights, risks, trends, and recommendations

• Present financial results and recommendations to executive leadership
• Improve forecasting, reporting, and financial planning processes through automation and technology

Manager, FP&A

Inside Sales

• Help manage designated sales team pipeline by tracking and engaging with leads, opportunities, and sales progress.
• Assist the sales team in preparing customer proposals for Precor products.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries, providing prompt and accurate information on products and services.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer contact and account information.
• Utilize CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software to track sales activities and allow for accurate reporting of KPIs.
• Assist in coordinating the processing of customer orders alongside the Order Management and Install Coordination teams, within their respective functions.
• Work closely with various cross-functional departments, including logistics, finance, and production, to ensure that customer requirements are met and sales operations are optimized.
• Enhance existing and new customer relationships by actively engaging in process improvement discussions to ultimately benefit the customer experience.

• Develop and execute business development strategies that support company growth objectives, revenue targets, and market expansion initiatives for the commercial business unit.
• Identify, evaluate, and prioritize new partnership opportunities, distribution channels, and strategic alliances.

• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of strategic partnership and growth opportunities.
