About the role
- Provide technical support for SAP SuccessFactors Payroll, including issue resolution, configuration, and testing.
- Review, modify, and update existing SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll configurations.
- Configure payroll rules, wage types, pay components, and deduction models.
- Manage annual compensation updates, including merit increases, bonus payouts, and salary adjustments.
- Support performance review cycles and ensure alignment with payroll processes.
- Onboard and configure new payroll vendors within the system.
- Manage and maintain integrations between SuccessFactors and third-party systems (e.g., finance, time tracking, benefits).
- Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and IT teams to ensure data integrity and compliance.
- Monitor and troubleshoot integration jobs and middleware (e.g., SAP CPI, Dell Boomi, or similar).
- Participate in system upgrades, testing, and deployment of new features or enhancements.
- Document technical processes, configurations, and integration flows.
- Support audit and compliance activities related to payroll and data exchange.
- Provide end-user support and training as needed.
- Ensure payroll configurations comply with local and international regulations (e.g., GDPR, labor laws).
- Maintain detailed documentation of configuration changes, integration flows, and support procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience supporting SAP SuccessFactors, with a focus on Payroll and Integrations.
- Experience with SAP BTP
- SAP SuccessFactors Payroll Certification a plus.
- Strong understanding of SAP Employee Central and Employee Central Payroll.
- Experience with integration platforms such as SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI), Dell Boomi, or similar.
- Familiarity with payroll regulations and data privacy standards (e.g., GDPR).
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote, cross-functional environment.
- Fluent in English; additional EU languages are a plus.
