About the role

  • Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented PX Operations Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving continuous improvement, supporting international operations, supporting mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and enhancing HR processes. This position requires a proactive individual with strong analytical skills and a passion for optimizing HR functions to align with organizational goals. Key Responsibilities: Continuous Improvement: Lead the development of a continuous improvement strategy to include KPI identification, data collection and analysis strategy, and improvement project governance structure Analyzing data, workflows and processes to identify areas for improvement. Lead projects to enhance efficiency and effectiveness across HR operations to include: opportunity identification, project management, stakeholder engagement and change management strategy Monitor and report on the impact of improvement initiatives. International Operations: Own onboarding and offboarding processes working with our vendor partners. Support the implementation of HR policies and practices across international locations. Provide insights and recommendations. M&A Support: Assist in HR due diligence during mergers and acquisitions. Support integration efforts for HR systems, policies, and practices post-acquisition. Facilitate smooth transitions for employees during organizational changes.

Requirements

  • 5 Years of Experience in a People Ops function. 3 years of experience leading HR Ops projects. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources , Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience in HR analytics, process improvement, and international HR operations. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and project management skills Proficiency in HR software and data analysis tools. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Preferred Skills: Experience with mergers and acquisitions. Knowledge of global HR practices and compliance. Certification in HR analytics or process improvement methodologies.
