About the role

Manage, design, develop, and implement solutions for ServiceNow as part of the SACM team
Partner with various stakeholders and cross-functional teams to address complex business issues
Support ServiceNow Discovery/CMDB administration tasks (credentials, ranges, schedules)
Monitor CMDB health, resolve conflicts between data sources, and remediate Service Mapping blockers
Interpret Discovery logs and data to diagnose issues and produce KPIs/status reports
Manage Discovery processes, scripting of CIs, and MID server administration/support
Implement and support out-of-box and custom patterns for on-premise and cloud discovery
Improve processes and procedures in Discovery scripting and CMDB inventory
Collaborate across business and technology teams to evolve and mature the CMDB

Secret Clearance required
Must be proficient in written and verbal communications
Experience with MS Office Productivity tools – data analytics, reporting, and presentations
Operational experience of Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) and IT Service Management (ITSM)
Familiarity with ServiceNow
Knowledge of Configuration Management is a plus
Experience managing, designing, developing, and implementing solutions for ServiceNow as part of the SACM team
Experience with ServiceNow Discovery/CMDB administration tasks (add/update/remove Discovery credentials; create/update/remove Discovery ranges and schedules)
Ability to monitor CMDB health and resolve conflicts between data sources
Ability to interpret Discovery logs and data to diagnose issues
Experience producing management information, including KPIs and status reports
Experience improving ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping, and Discovery scripting
Experience administrating and troubleshooting MID servers and Discovery-related data
Ability to implement and support out-of-box and applicable custom patterns to discover on-premise and cloud infrastructure
Ability to work collaboratively across business and technology services organizations
Must pass pre-employment drug test and federal background investigation; possible counterintelligence-scope polygraph
Must verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States upon hire
