Provide support to remote and on-site users: onboarding, installing/upgrading software, hardware setup, and configuring systems, workstations, and applications
Troubleshoot and resolve endpoint issues and investigate/diagnose problems efficiently, coordinating with engineers or 3rd parties as needed
Set up workstations within offices and assist with day-to-day operations for Postman’s Global IT infrastructure
Design, architect, and administer enterprise-wide productivity and collaboration applications (GSuite, Zoom, Slack, Atlassian, Okta)
Create and update knowledge base articles and self-service documentation
Manage account lifecycle from new hires to deactivations and design scalable identity and access management solutions and processes
Ensure SLAs are defined and met relative to workload volumes
Independently research and deploy business and technical solutions into production infrastructure
Work closely with team members across departments and time zones and propose new services to IT leadership to maximize productivity
Requirements
3 to 5 years of experience working with productivity and collaboration toolsets
Solid understanding of SAAS Applications, GSuite, Okta, Slack, Jamf, Intune, Mac OS, and Windows OS
Experience using ITSM tools for ticket tracking (Jira, ServiceNow, etc.)
Strong technical troubleshooting abilities and ability to perform in-depth research for complex technical issues
Experience with account lifecycle management and identity/access management design and implementation
