• Work with the Portage Point team (Associates to Managing Directors) and clients to develop comprehensive valuation solutions
• Perform valuation analysis of fixed assets, including machinery & equipment, real estate improvements, infrastructure, and specialized industrial assets across industries and geographies while using accepted and relevant approaches and theory
• Analyze and interpret financial, operational and market data to support tangible asset valuation engagements for financial reporting, tax, financing, insurance and strategic purposes

Senior Associate, Valuations – Tangible Assets

Data Analyst

• Support the infrastructure, deployment, monitoring and operational reliability of Portage Point's enterprise data and analytics platforms
• Partner with senior team members, application developers, platform engineers and stakeholders across the firm to implement automation solutions that improve platform reliability, operational efficiency, deployment processes and platform stability
• Build, maintain and optimize CI / CD pipelines supporting data and application platforms

Associate, Data Analytics

• Partner with senior team members and clients to tackle complex financial and operational challenges, including due diligence, value creation and preservation, transformation efforts, bankruptcy preparation and investment banking processes (M&A, restructuring, capital raising)
• Analyze financial statements and key operational data; build models such as three-statement forecasts, TWCFs, DCFs, LBOs, accretion/dilution and value creation scenarios

Product Manager

• Partner with senior team members to develop and maintain a product roadmap that reflects Commercial Strategy objectives and priorities while incorporating ongoing stakeholder feedback
• Serve as the Product Owner for Intapp DealCloud, managing the platform from both a business and technical perspective, including configuration, workflows, permissions, page layouts, user access governance and all integrations
• Partner with Marketing and Commercial Strategy leadership to ensure alignment across platforms, support customer segmentation, audience targeting, lifecycle management and journey orchestration through connected platform data
• Evaluate and implement enhancements, automation opportunities and third-party solutions that improve platform functionality and user experience

Vice President

• Partner with senior team members across all practice lines to strategically embed pipeline discipline into firm's commercial cadence
• Own pipeline standards and hygiene, including stage definitions, probability discipline and required data at each stage
• Run pipeline reviews with clarity and accountability, ensuring no opportunity drifts without commentary or next steps
• Track opportunity aging, conversion ratios, stage velocity and forecast accuracy
• Surface pipeline risk signals and data gaps for escalation to the relevant owners
• Produce pipeline dashboards and forecast reporting on a defined cadence for practice line and firm leadership
• Translate pipeline data into actionable commercial intelligence on performance, risk and opportunity

• Manage the firm’s account planning framework, including planning templates, planning cadence and ownership standards
• Run the account planning cycle end to end, coordinating inputs from Account Leaders, Industry Vertical Leaders and practice line teams
• Maintain account plans as living documents, ensuring updates, next steps and accountability after each planning session
• Produce account-level coverage maps that capture relationship strength, history and active coverage across priority accounts
• Prepare quarterly account plan reviews for the Head of Commercial Strategy and Head of Commercial Enablement, including adherence analysis and plan-versus-actual assessment

• Partner with senior team members across the firm to identify whitespace and cross-sell opportunities within the vertical and equip Account Teams and MDs with the context to pursue them
• Own the commercial agenda for the TMT vertical, serving as the firm’s sector SME
• Build and maintain the vertical’s commercial POV, including market updates, sector analysis and origination-focused thought leadership
• Monitor industry trends, market signals and competitive dynamics specific to the TMT sector and translate them into actionable commercial direction
• Produce the vertical’s recurring commercial content on a defined cadence, including market updates, sector POVs and quarterly outlooks
• Support business development efforts and proposal creation with sector-specific positioning, insight and supporting analysis
