About the role

  • Define and execute Poppulo’s digital signage partner strategy, focusing on recruitment, onboarding, and growth of high-value partners
  • Find, acquire, and manage relationships with AV integrators, resellers, and related industry players
  • Establish and scale a partner program including tiering, incentives, and enablement frameworks
  • Own partner-related revenue targets and ensure measurable contribution to ARR growth
  • Design and deliver partner enablement programs, toolkits, and sales training
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing to launch joint GTM campaigns and co-selling motions
  • Drive innovation through strategic alliances to accelerate adoption of AI-powered and cloud-based signage solutions
  • Represent Poppulo at industry and partner events to build market visibility and thought leadership
  • Work closely with Product, Customer Success, and Marketing to align partner initiatives with company objectives
  • Build and lead a high-performing partner management and ecosystem development team
  • Report to the Chief Revenue Officer and drive global go-to-market success for digital signage

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or related field; advanced degree preferred
  • 10+ years of experience in channel sales, alliances, or strategic partnerships within AV/IT, digital signage, or SaaS
  • Proven track record of building partner ecosystems and delivering measurable revenue growth through channels
  • Strong network across AV/IT integrators, VARs, and enterprise technology providers
  • Demonstrated leadership experience managing teams across regions
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong partner management expertise and deep understanding of the AV/IT and SaaS market
  • Ability to design partner programs (tiering, incentives, enablement) and run GTM/co-selling motions
  • Ability to thrive in a high-growth, global, private equity-backed environment
