About the role

  • Oversee positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy for Activation and Paid Media capabilities
  • Shape the narrative around Amperity's AI Agents for Activation to drive campaign orchestration and measurable outcomes
  • Translate AI-powered innovation into outcomes that matter to marketing executives and practitioners
  • Report to the VP of Product Marketing and partner with product, sales, and customer success
  • Create use-case-driven solutions, expertise, competitive strategy, and vertical plays
  • Build content, strategies, and sales tools to support CMOs, digital media leaders, and practitioners
  • Analyze competitors and define differentiators to arm the field with winning narratives
  • Package value into industry-specific plays for Retail, Sports, and Automotive
  • Bring customer insights into product roadmap planning from sales calls, competitive research, and industry trends
  • Strengthen activation ecosystem partnerships and understand platforms like Braze and Salesforce Marketing Cloud

Requirements

  • 12+ years of B2B product marketing experience in MarTech, AdTech, or SaaS
  • Expertise in activation, paid media, audience management, or customer data platforms
  • Familiarity with key activation platforms (e.g., Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe, Iterable)
  • Experience shaping AI narratives, including autonomous agents
  • Strong ability to connect technical capabilities with marketing performance outcomes for different personas (marketing executives, practitioners, IT/data teams)
  • Excellent storytelling, writing, and presentation skills
  • Strategic thinker who can move fast and execute flawlessly
  • Collaborative partner who loves working across product, sales, and marketing
  • Prior experience with customer research, segmentation, and competitive analysis
