About the role

  • Investigate, troubleshoot and support, logic and flows that integrate our product with customers internal data systems
  • Helping customers to understand technical solutions required to integrate Poppulo with their internal systems
  • Becoming a subject matter expert on the relevant areas of responsibility
  • Document technical specifications - ensuring knowledge and configurations are captured efficiently
  • Working with customers and other team members to identify innovative API solutions
  • Identifying consultancy opportunities where value can be given to customers
  • Coordinating technical troubleshooting activities with customer teams and platform teams
  • Providing third-level support to the Poppulo customer support team
  • Managing high volumes of Support escalation tickets and implementing sold services and upgrades

Requirements

  • 4+ years’ experience in a comparable role, with a focus on B2B API integrations and low-code/no-code platforms such as Workato
  • Strong technical foundation, with hands-on experience or solid understanding of SaaS / iPaaS implementations and customer onboarding
  • Experience working in or closely with Customer Support, Implementation, Technology, or Solutions Engineering roles
  • Working knowledge of DevOps concepts, including infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and code versioning tools such as GitHub and GitLab
  • Proficiency in Ruby and/or Python.
  • Experience with scripting and data formats, including Python, Ruby, PowerShell, and JSON
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex integration issues
  • Strong communication skills and fluent English — this is a customer-facing role requiring clear, confident technical explanations and presentations
  • Experience with project coordination and delivery, managing tasks across multiple stakeholders and timelines
  • Strong time management skills, with the demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
  • Should be flexible to work in UK shifts
