About the role
- Join recently established Technical Program Management (TPM) team to shape how the team works
- Responsible for Delivery & Release Plan Management
- Program management of key strategic initiatives
- Establish Professional Excellence Office and drive operational capability improvements
- Develop and maintain program plans, schedules, and deliverables to ensure projects are completed on time
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and requirements
- Foster deep understanding of company software products and architecture to address technical challenges and customer needs
- Facilitate brainstorming with technical leads to explore innovative solutions
- Act as liaison between technical teams, sales, product management, and stakeholders to ensure alignment
- Proactively monitor and manage project progress and communicate updates effectively
- Create comprehensive presentations for various audiences to communicate project status and strategic initiatives
Requirements
- 8+ Years of Experience and 5+ Yrs as a TPM
- Experience in building or supporting SaaS-based products/companies is highly preferred
- Customer-focused mindset with the ability to empathize with customer pain points and translate them into actionable project requirements
- Strong analytical skills to assess complex technical information and make informed decisions
- Exceptional problem-solving skills to develop effective solutions for technical challenges
- Excellent communication skills to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Proficiency in project management, including planning, execution, and delivery of complex software projects
- Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail and follow-through
- Bachelor’s/University degree in Computer Science or a relevant technical discipline
- Understanding of Agile methodologies and their applicability to software development projects
- Experience collaborating with remote teams and working autonomously
- Proven ability to drive organizational and cross-functional alignment to achieve project objectives
- Track record of success in a fast-paced software company environment
- Flexibility to handle a range of responsibilities, projects, and programs
- Metrics-driven, with a strong quantitative and analytical mindset
- Experience in leading and influencing teams to achieve project goals
- Ability to distill complex technical information into clear insights
