About the role
- Lead cross-functional programs involving hardware, embedded systems, firmware, and manufacturing workflows.
- Own end-to-end program delivery, from requirements definition and planning to execution and launch.
- Act as the central point of coordination between hardware, software, procurement, quality, and manufacturing teams.
- Develop and manage detailed program plans, schedules, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Drive alignment across stakeholders in fast-paced, ambiguous environments, ensuring timely delivery of milestones.
- Coordinate with regulatory certification agencies to define certification pathways and ensure compliance with launch timelines.
- Monitor program health, track KPIs, and report status to leadership with clarity and confidence.
