About the role

  • Grow company brand footprint and client base through paid ad strategies.
  • Develop and implement full-funnel B2B paid ad strategies across platforms to reach Popmenu’s target audiences, drive conversions, and achieve financial goals.
  • Manage and optimize ongoing Google and Meta advertising; test new channels for lead acquisition; run email and direct mail campaigns.
  • Implement LLM SEO strategies and oversee website optimization to increase conversions.
  • Maintain and optimize campaigns for ad and conversion tracking in GA4, GTM, and Salesforce.
  • Develop and execute Google Advertising campaigns across Search, YouTube, Gmail, Discover, and Display.
  • Develop and execute branding and traffic campaigns on Meta.
  • Collaborate with marketing and content teams to create copy, graphics, multimedia, monthly newsletters, and direct mail.
  • Monitor and manage campaign budgets to maximize ROI.
  • Conduct regular analysis and reporting of impressions, clicks, conversions, CPA, and provide strategic recommendations.
  • Implement rigorous A/B testing for creative, messaging, and targeting.
  • Maintain Google platform certifications, ensure platform compliance, conduct keyword research and competitor analysis, and meet internal deadlines.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or related field preferred.
  • 7 to 10 years of experience managing paid campaigns (marketing experience for B2B SaaS preferred; restaurant industry a big plus).
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in interpreting campaign data to derive actionable insights and optimize performance.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas and strategies to internal stakeholders.
