About the role

  • Build, launch, and manage partner integrations for Polymarket’s US + international affiliate marketing programs.
  • Recruit, negotiate, and onboard affiliate partners, creators, publishers, and media networks.
  • Optimize partner performance based on CPA, FTDs, LTV, and ROI.
  • Design commission structures, payout terms, and performance incentives.
  • Collaborate with Growth, Creator Partnerships, and Paid Media teams to align campaigns.
  • Identify new affiliate opportunities across major publishers.
  • Produce weekly performance reporting and insights for leadership.

Requirements

  • 4+ years managing affiliate programs for sportsbooks, media platforms, or consumer finance apps.
  • Proven track record driving first-time depositors (FTDs) at scale.
  • Experience with affiliate tracking platforms (Impact, CJ, etc.)
  • Deep understanding of CPA, rev-share, hybrid deals, and attribution models.
  • Experience recruiting creators, media publishers, and performance affiliates.
  • Knowledge of sports affiliate marketing space.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with comfort in dashboards, analytics, and cohort tracking.
  • Deep interest in sports, financial markets, politics, and pop culture — with the ability to spot trending moments and translate them into high-performing affiliate campaigns.
