• We are seeking an experienced** **Compliance Manager to play a key role in the continued success and growth of our MGA platform within the PCIS business. Reporting directly to the Head of Compliance, you will take ownership of the oversight, onboarding, and regulatory management of our network of Appointed Representatives (ARs).****
• This is a high-impact position, combining regulatory expertise with operational delivery. You will lead initiatives to strengthen compliance frameworks, support business growth through AR onboarding, and ensure an excellent, compliant customer journey.****

Compliance Manager – MGA, London Market

Analyst

• Co-ordinating Coverholder and Delegated Claim Administrator due diligence, ensuring that all files are complete and up to date.
• Assisting with the co-ordination of external audits and managing the process through to closure of audit findings.
• Liaising with insurers, Coverholders, audit firms and brokers to ensure that approvals and renewals are processed in line with SLAs.
• The preparation of renewal slips and endorsements.
• Production of reports and meeting packs.
• Reviewing reports and chasing of outstanding queries.
• Assisting with client proposals.
• Ensuring all activities are completed in line with client expectations, regulatory requirements and best practices.

Delegated Authority Analyst

Business Analyst

• Capture and document business requirements, processes, and data needs for new and existing change initiatives.
• Work with stakeholders across Polo Works functions including operations, finance, underwriting support, and technology.
• Support analysis and mapping of data flows between core insurance process and systems, including intelligent document processing tools, Policy Administration Systems (PAS), orchestration, and reporting tools.
• Produce clear and structured documentation such as business requirement specifications, user stories, business cases, and process maps.
• Assist in the development of data dictionaries, schemas, data lineage documentation, and reporting requirements.
• Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure requirements are understood, developed, and tested appropriately.
• Support test planning and execution including defining test cases and participating in UAT.
• Contribute to the ongoing improvement of business processes, identifying areas for optimisation or automation.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings, requirements workshops, and project stand-ups.
• Assist in the evaluation and onboarding of new vendors or technology solutions where required.
• Work with project managers to track progress, highlight risks and ensure successful delivery of business outcomes.

Finance Operations Associate – 6 Month FTC

Manager

• Lead the end-to-end oversight of delegated authority arrangements, including binders, lineslips, master policies, consortia and Delegated Claims Administrators (DCAs), ensuring effective governance, control, and regulatory compliance.
• Own and manage the due diligence, onboarding, approval, renewal, and termination processes for all delegated authority and DCA arrangements, ensuring adherence to Agency’s policies and procedures, and industry best practice.
• Oversee the onboarding and ongoing governance of Syndicate Service Companies.
• Ensuring the Delegated Authority portfolio and associated Syndicates operate to Lloyd’s and other Regulatory prescribed requirements, including the Delegated Code of Practice, the Intermediaries Byelaws and the Principles for doing business.
• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, including Underwriting, Claims, Compliance, Finance, Actuarial, Operations, Syndicates, Lloyd’s, Coverholders, DCAs and brokers, to support business objectives and effective oversight.
• Monitor, challenge, and escalate Key Performance Indicators and Service Level Agreement’s in accordance with the relevant Statements of Work between Polo Commercial Insurance Services, Syndicates and Polo Managing Agency.
• Ensuring all relevant processes and procedure documents are up to date, approved annually by the Board (or Committee as necessary) and remain compliant with Lloyd’s Principles of Doing Business and Minimum Standards and/or other regulatory requirements.
• Providing guidance and support for delegated authority and customer issues, responding to queries from Lloyd’s, Coverholders, Brokers, Syndicate(s), and other stakeholders.
• Managing the oversight of customer outcomes and customer commitments for Delegated Authorities, Claims, Complaints and Conduct risk with appropriate support from the Polo Works Claims and Compliance and PMA/Syndicate Conduct risk teams.
• Providing the management and oversight of regular reporting, including regulatory returns, relating to service standards, binder performance, claims DCA performance, and customer outcomes/commitment KPIs.
• Oversight of reporting to the Delegated Authority Oversight Group (DAOG) and Syndicate Monitoring Committee (SMC), with escalation to the Board and other committees where required.
• Manage Coverholder and DCA audits, ensuring findings are appropriately reported, actions agreed, and remediation tracked to completion.

Delegated Authority Oversight Manager

Project Manager

• Coordinate across multiple workstreams to define and implement new business and technical solutions, working with a range of internal teams.
• Initiate projects, define deliverables and establish plans and governance models.
• Deliver projects across multiple workstreams (displaying industry recognised techniques and methodologies) to agreed time, cost, quality, TCF and compliance objectives.
• Execute and manage the project plan on a day-to-day basis, monitor progress and take all necessary actions and escalations where appropriate.
• Establish, lead, and manage cross functional and multi-disciplined teams (e.g. Business Operations, IT, Risk, Audit, etc).
• Resource projects appropriately and early escalation of potential slippage.
• Routinely engage with and communicate with Senior stakeholders.
• Prepare reports for weekly steering group meetings.
• Support the senior management decision making process.
• Work in accordance with Polo’s policies, client and regulatory requirements and operational frameworks.
