About the role
- Provide solutions for IT and business management on applying technology to business opportunities, planning and implementation of cross-functional applications.
- Participate in identifying, evaluating, and configuring systems that are cost effective and meet business requirements.
- Monitor client experiences and feedback on the use of business applications; Enhanced system productivity, as needed.
- Provide senior level consulting services to internal business groups on process improvement projects designed to improve their business results.
- Analyze, define and document clients requirements, and revise existing systems logic challenges, as necessary.
Requirements
- Experience working as a Business Analytics Lead with a minimum of 5 years of experience in financial analysis.
- Intermediate to advanced level SQL skills for data analysis in Oracle and any other non sql databases.
- Proficiency in Excel, with exposure to BI tools such as Tableau / Microsoft Power BI / Oracle BI.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience as a Quality Assurance tester or similar role.
- Experience working with Jira or other test management tools.
- Extensive experience in the analysis, definition and documentation of business and data requirements.
- Continuously refining Agile practices and methodologies to improve the effectiveness of requirement elicitation and stakeholder engagement process.
- Leading by example in fostering a collaborative and inclusive environment that promotes open communication and knowledge sharing among team members.
- Serving as liaison between Business units and IT teams, bridging the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders to facilitation successful project delivery.
- Actively participating in release management activities.
- Understanding and familiarity working within the SAFe Agile Framework.
- Understanding and familiarity defining requirements and specifications for APIs and Microservices.
