Requirements
Experience working as a Business Analytics Lead with a minimum of 5 years of experience in financial analysis.
Intermediate to advanced level SQL skills for data analysis in Oracle and any other non sql databases.
Proficiency in Excel, with exposure to BI tools such as Tableau / Microsoft Power BI / Oracle BI.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Experience as a Quality Assurance tester or similar role.
Experience working with Jira or other test management tools.
Extensive experience in the analysis, definition and documentation of business and data requirements.
Continuously refining Agile practices and methodologies to improve the effectiveness of requirement elicitation and stakeholder engagement process.
Leading by example in fostering a collaborative and inclusive environment that promotes open communication and knowledge sharing among team members.
Serving as liaison between Business units and IT teams, bridging the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders to facilitation successful project delivery.
Actively participating in release management activities.
Understanding and familiarity working within the SAFe Agile Framework.
Understanding and familiarity defining requirements and specifications for APIs and Microservices.
