About the role

  • Provide cash flow solutions to businesses with annual sales from $1 million to $5 million as a trusted advisor within PNC Business Banking
  • Handle relationship management activities with new and/or existing clients in a book of business to grow sales, revenue and market share
  • Acquire, expand and retain client relationships to generate revenue and deepen share of wallet
  • Originate, perform financial analysis, negotiate and document credit and non-credit products and services
  • Manage risk/return and drive quality for new and/or existing clients, identifying and mitigating regulatory, reputational, operational and credit risks
  • Provide ideas and insights based on understanding of client's needs and financial well-being to increase client engagement and loyalty
  • Develop and cultivate Center of Influence (COI) relationships and community/industry relationships to acquire new clients and expand existing clients
  • Work with internal service partners to onboard and expand the business portfolio and bring the full range of PNC products and services to clients
  • Leverage reporting and sales tools to proactively identify and convert sales opportunities
  • Analyze, evaluate and mitigate credit risk by utilizing knowledge of credit fundamentals and internal credit policies

Requirements

  • Book Of Business, Client Relationship Building, Credit, Credit Products, Customer Engagement, Decision Making, Financial Analysis, Identifying Sales Opportunities (Preferred Skills)
  • Roles at this level typically require a university / college degree
  • 3+ years of relevant / direct industry experience
  • Certifications are often desired
  • In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered
  • Bachelors (Education listed)
