Requirements
5+ years of industry-relevant experience
A fungible skill set, with the ability to nimbly flex support based on the highest priority needs
Possesses a genuine passion for marketing and curiosity for industry trends
Creative, innovative thinker who is comfortable implementing new ways of working
“Owner mentality,” with desire to cut through clutter and deliver results in white space opportunities, proven track record of building a path where one has not been set before
Demonstrates strong written and oral communication skills, including the ability to influence partners and drive cross-functional alignment
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure the timely and efficient delivery of marketing programs and campaigns
Maintain a proactive, creative, and innovative mindset to continually improve and optimize our marketing efforts
Has experience delivering high impact strategic analysis to drive business decisions
