Business Development Rep

• Lead prospecting efforts into a dedicated territory to generate top-of-funnel opportunities
• Perform cold outreach via phone, email, and social media to engage potential clients
• Research target accounts, identify key players, and create targeted lists and outreach campaigns
• Partner with account executives to develop messaging, identify target personas, and craft account strategies
• Qualify leads and create sales-ready opportunities to transfer to Sales Representatives
• Kick off discovery calls for account executives and ensure smooth handoffs
• Track and manage the sales pipeline and prepare reports/forecasts using Salesforce
• Achieve and exceed monthly quotas for qualified appointments and pipeline generation
• Participate in mentorship and continuous coaching to prepare for advancing into closing roles
